The additional $120 promotional discount is applicable for the 30 session package only. Those students who enroll before September 1, 2017 will qualify for a rate of $65/session ($1950 for 30 sessions over the semester) versus the $69/session ($2070 for those who enroll for 30 sessions after the deadline). Payment in full is required at the beginning of the semester ($1950 is due by 9/1/2017). The promotional discount applies to 1000 level Math and Economics courses, 2000 level Accounting and Statistics courses, and English Discourse. All sessions must be used during the fall semester of 2017.

A student may use the 30 sessions to schedule appointments in one course or divide the 30 sessions to schedule a tutor for two classes in which we offer help. In other words, a student may use two different tutors to help him/her with material in two separate courses. For example, clients who are enrolled in a math course and an economics course may choose to schedule one of the weekly appointments with a math tutor and the other weekly appointment with an economics tutor. Or a student may use both weekly tutoring sessions for help with one course throughout the semester. Students can also schedule random appointments with our writing tutor to construct, review and edit papers.

Appointments throughout the semester will be scheduled weekly on the same day at the same time (e.g., Mondays and Wednesdays at 1 p.m.; or Tuesdays at 2 p.m. and Thursdays at 10 a.m.). Students can reschedule up to three appointments per semester if the requested is made 24 hours in advance. It is the responsibility of the student to track the number of sessions he/she has used during the semester. In the event the student schedules more than 30 sessions, the additional sessions will be billed to the parent at the end of the semester at the normal 30 session discount rate of $69/session. Unused sessions will not be credited to subsequent semesters.

Missed appointments and appointments cancelled without 24 hour advanced notice will be charged in full. In the event of sickness or an emergency, we will seek to reschedule the appointment upon the student's return. It is the student's responsibility to inform the tutor of an illness or an emergency. In the event of multiple "sicknesses" or "emergencies" the student may be asked to verify the sickness or emergency with the appropriate documentation. Hangovers and "all-nighters" are not considered an illness. Although we wish to extend empathy, we have the freedom to exercise discretion to charge when clients have encountered an unusually large number of illnesses or catastrophic events.
